		<description>hi gals, i&#039;m the cake baker at belle and herbs and appreciate the rave reviews my creations usually get but i must also be honest and agree with you that the lemon meringue was not a total success...i think it looked better than it tasted and getting the lemon both tangy AND firm was a battle that i lost. There are obvious best sellers at the cafe (anything gooey or chocolately) but i like to try out new things both for my own satisfaction and to keep the cake cabinet interesting. I wont try the lemon meringue again! Keep those comments and suggestions coming please.</description>
