The owner must have a knack for selecting the most dim-witted individuals on the planet who really do struggle to out do each other in terms of uselessness. The apparent reverence in the lack of good service they provide demonstrates such a lack of acumen on the part of the establishment that it is infuriating the place is always so busy.
