The Salmon Benedict is part of the extensive ‘variations on the theme of egg on toast’ range on the Belle & Herbs Menu. And because the Poached Eggs are wonderful and I prefer Smoked Salmon to Bacon, I decided to go for this combination.
Basically it consists of Poached Eggs on top of Smoked Salmon on toasted English Muffins, covered in Hollandaise Sauce.
I have to say, every bit of this dish was fantastic, both in themselves and as a combination. Definitely a new favorite for me!
