Belle and Herbs have the best breakfast menu EVER. If you needed any further proof, then this Cinnamon French Toast is it. Massive slices of doorstop white, briefly soaked in sweetened egg mix, then fried in butter.

It was absolutely gorgeous — not mushy (as French toast often is!) but beautifully firm. The texture sorted, the flavour was wonderful!
