Although we’ve tried almost every item on the main breakfast menu, there are still a few items down the bottom of the first page that we haven’t managed to have. This was one of them and to be perfectly honest I wasn’t quite sure it was really a breakfasty kind of option.
How wrong I was.
The ham was nicely textured, richly flavoured and not too salty. The eggs were up to the usual great Belle & Herbs standard. The real star, however, was the mix of caramelized onions and fried potatoes.
The overall effect was an explosion of different textures and tastes — lovely!
