The Canadian Sandwich is essentially French toast (i.e. bread dipped in an egg & milk mixture and then fried in butter) with bacon and maple syrup.
It was absolutely heavenly — French toast cooked to perfection so it was nicely squishy without being mushy, with gorgeous cured bacon and warm maple syrup. Devine!

There are 3 Hot Chocolate Drinks on the Menu at Belle & Herbs… This, is the most extravagant.
The others consist of “Normal” Hot Chocolate (in a large cup) “Posh” Hot Chocolate (in a large cup with squirty cream and marshmallows)
The “Dead, Dead, Posh” Hot Chocolate is served in a large cup, with squirty cream, marshmallows and a flake. And a spoon.
